Filip Výborný currently serves as the Financial Controller at Penta Hospitals since November 2022. Prior to this role, Filip worked as a Financial Analyst at KAPRAIN GROUP from January 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included internal and external reporting, operational budget preparation and evaluation, investment budget monitoring, and cash flow tracking. Filip also contributed to the consolidation of approximately 80 companies according to IFRS and assisted in the preparation of annual reports. Previous experience includes a position as Junior Financial Controller at Gi Group, focusing on financial department support, cost calculations, and internal reporting, as well as administrative support at Randstad, which involved candidate selection and database management. Filip holds a Master's degree in Finance from Masaryk University Brno and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Economics of Industrial Enterprises from the Czech Technical University in Prague.
