Lien Vandeputte has a diverse work experience in various industries. Lien started working as a Revenue Manager intern at Meliá Hotels International in February 2010. Lien then worked as a Tourist Information Centre Assistant at Toerisme Vlaanderen in July 2010. From March 2011 to July 2012, they took on the role of an Event and Travel Incentive Organizer at Viajes Presstour. In August 2012, they joined IMASTE as a Project Manager, where they worked until December 2013. Since then, they have been employed at ON24, starting as a Customer Success Manager in December 2013, then progressing to Senior Customer Success Manager in January 2019, and finally becoming the Director of Customer Success in September 2020.
Lien Vandeputte obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Erasmushogeschool Brussel, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Lien then pursued a Master's degree in Meeting and Event Planning at ESODe, from 2010 to 2011. In addition to their academic achievements, Lien also obtained a user-level certificate in ExxpertEvents from ESODe in February 2011, and a certificate in Amadeus Selling Platform (Bookings and Pricing) from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in June 2009.
