Angela Park is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and securities law. Currently serving as Director of Corporate and Securities at onsemi since 2024, Angela previously held the position of Associate at Fenwick & West from 2021 to 2024, and at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from 2016 to 2021, where Angela also completed a summer associate program in 2015. Earlier in their career, Angela gained valuable experience as a Summer Associate at Baker Botts LLP in 2014 and worked as a Business Associate at ZS Associates from 2012 to 2013. Angela holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Princeton University, complemented by a foundational education at Ewha Girls' Foreign Language High School.
