Emily Emmett is a partner in our Houston office. She has been with the firm since 2005 and previously worked in our New York and London offices.

Emily has deep experience helping companies achieve transformational change. She is a recognized expert in designing and implementing operating model improvements, often to deliver a new strategy. She is a leader of our Organization practice, with expertise in Agile, organizational structure and team design, as well as leadership and talent development.

Over the last decade, Emily has worked in the energy, healthcare and technology sectors. Her recent work has focused on Energy and Natural Resources clients, helping leadership teams align their organizations to deliver results in the context of rapidly changing market conditions. Emily also has extensive experience working with private equity investors on strategic due diligence and portfolio improvement, primarily in the energy sector. She has led diligence on 50+ assets throughout her career.

In addition to her client responsibilities, Emily leads our people initiatives across Bain Texas. In this capacity, she works to directly apply best practices on which she advises clients. She is passionate about delivering business results by creating great places to work.

Emily earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and graduated magna cum laude from Rice University with a B.A. in English.
