Benjamin Kurzban currently serves as the Global E-commerce Operations Senior Lead at On, starting February 2024. Prior to this role, Benjamin was the CFO at She's Waisted from March 2022 to March 2024, where responsibilities included formalizing financial planning and analysis. From May 2016 to March 2022, Benjamin held the CFO position at 305 Fitness, playing a key role in the company’s valuation growth from zero to $33M. Benjamin's earlier experience includes a progression from Franchising Analyst to Real Estate Manager at Burger King Corporation, managing P&L for both restaurant operations and owned real estate. Benjamin holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University and is pursuing an MBA at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
