Julian Weisser is the CEO and Co-Founder of On Deck, a company dedicated to helping individuals create successful startups, with over 1,000 startups and more than $2 billion raised since its inception in January 2018. In addition, Julian Weisser co-founded Texts with Founders, a newsletter aimed at sharing tactical insights with fellow entrepreneurs, and provides support to founders through Kepler Ventures, having backed over 150 companies. Previous experience includes a role in growth at Virta Health, focusing on diabetes reversal, and being a fellow at the Effective Research Institute, where research centered on workplace issues in the tech industry. Julian Weisser also co-founded Within Health, which offered on-site nutrition coaching services.
