Martin Wijbenga is a seasoned professional in the audio and broadcasting industry with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as mede-eigenaar at Audio-Essence since May 2021, Martin also operates MW Sound & Solutions, a versatile one-man business focused on providing audio solutions for radio, TV, and internet productions, as well as studio design and construction. Since September 2004, Martin has held the position of 1e Programmatechnicus at Omrop Fryslân, where responsibilities include leading a team of program technicians and overseeing all broadcast audio operations. Martin's prior experience at Omrop Fryslân from October 1999 to April 2004 involved sound management for radio and TV broadcasts, including setting up ISDN and HF connections. Martin Wijbenga holds an MBO degree in Telematica from Friese Poort Drachten and completed studies at Media Academie Hilversum.
