Liviu Popescu is an experienced professional with a distinguished career in various leadership roles across media, telecommunications, and the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving on the Supervisory Board at MOL Romania and as a Board Member and Interim General Manager at Radio România, Liviu also functions as a Consultant at DIALECTIQ. Previously, Liviu held the position of External Affairs Director at ARPIM, advocating for industry interests to regulatory bodies and government officials. As Executive Director of the Romanian Association of Mobile Operators, Liviu established the organization and built key relationships with telecommunications regulators. Liviu's background in media includes roles as Project Manager and Editor-in-Chief at TVR, where significant workflow digitalization was achieved, and as a Producer for the Romanian section of BBC World Service. Liviu holds a Master's degree in Journalism from the University of Bucharest.
