Leo Lou has worked in a variety of roles in the marketing and product management fields. In 2020, they began working as the Vice President of Marketing at Omniscient Neurotechnology (o8t). Prior to this, they were the Head of Marketing and Sales and Marketing Manager at the same company. From 2015 to 2020, they were employed by Medtronic, where they held the roles of Product Manager - Neurovascular, Associate Product Manager - Restorative Therapies Group, and Intern - Neuromodulation. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Business Services Assistant at Opus International Consultants.

Leo Lou attended Sydney Boys High School from 2006 to 2011. In 2012, they obtained a MEM20105 Certificate II in Engineering from TAFE. Leo also attended the University of Sydney from 2012 to 2016, where they received a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) (Hons I) in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance, General.
