Guillaume Gardin serves as the Director of Innovation, Research, and Development at AÉSIO Santé since November 2018, focusing on organizational, social, and technological innovations in healthcare services. Concurrently, Guillaume holds the position of Vice President of the Executive Board at the Fondation de l'Avenir pour la recherche médicale appliquée since January 2021. Prior experience includes serving as General Director at Mutualité Française Bourgogne Franche Comté from January 2016 to November 2018, where Guillaume led the merger of two mutualist unions and managed various health and prevention programs. Previously, as General Director of Mutualité Française Bourgogne between 2004 and 2015, responsibilities encompassed managing a regional union and overseeing collaborations with institutions and health professionals. Additional contributions to public health education and policy were made through roles at EHESP and the Centre de Recherche sur l'Action Publique en Europe. Education includes a degree from ESSEC Business School in Management and a DEA from the Institut d'études politiques de Rennes focused on public health policy.
