Justin Finn has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Justin currently serves as the EVP, Director of Growth at Omnicom Health Group since January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President, Director at the same company from March 2021 to December 2022. Justin also worked as the Vice President, Brand Management at Endeavor from February 2019 to May 2020. Before that, they held the position of Vice President at IMG LIVE, LLC from July 2018 to May 2020. Justin's work history also includes being the Head of Event Marketing & Sponsorships at StubHub from July 2013 to July 2018, and Vice President, Associate Director - Business Development at Cline Davis & Mann from March 2011 to June 2013. Justin has also served in various roles at Young & Rubicam, Merkley + Partners, and Cline Davis and Mann. Additionally, Justin has been involved in industry-related activities such as co-chairing the Planning Committee for Ivy Sports Symposium and participating as a panelist and contributor in industry events and publications.

Justin Finn has a Master of Science degree in Sports Management from Columbia University. Justin also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Franklin & Marshall College. Prior to that, they attended the Hackley School.
