Drake K. Hall

Associate Director Of Diversity Partnerships at Omnicom Health Group

Drake K. Hall has extensive work experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion roles. They started their career as an intern at INROADS. They then served as an Office of Minority and Women Inclusion Intern II at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, where they analyzed data and maintained databases. Drake also worked as a Corporate Supplier Diversity Intern at World Wide Technology, where they managed supplier information and profiles. At Honda North America, they held the position of Procurement Diversity Specialist and managed Honda's relationships with external diversity organizations. They collaborated with various sites to develop procurement solutions and implemented diversity training for associates. Drake later joined Honda of America Mfg., Inc., where they served as a Diversity Specialist and Corporate Affairs Coordinator. In these roles, they organized internal and external programming, managed relationships with external organizations, and led various projects such as the Expectant Mother Parking Initiative and the Honda Pride Flag project. Most recently, Drake worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist. Currently, they are the Diversity Partnership Manager at Omnicom Health Group and will soon transition to the role of Associate Director of Diversity Partnerships.

Drake K. Hall earned a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from Harris-Stowe State University, completing their studies from 2011 to 2015.
