Isobel O'Connor began their career in 2013 as a Sales Assistant at J.Crew. The following year, they moved to Arcadia Group Ltd as a Group Sourcing Assistant. In 2015, they took a job as a Bartender at XOYO. In 2017, they joined SoPost where they held the roles of Account Executive, Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Account Director Beauty (UK).
Isobel O'Connor completed their Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Buying Management from the University of Westminster in 2016. Prior to that, they attended St. Edward's College, Liverpool from 2005 to 2012.
