Doug Bryan has over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry. Doug began their career in 1995 as a Quality Engineer at Johnson & Johnson Medical, Inc. In 1997, they became Plant Quality Assurance Manager at Mentor H/S. From 1999 to 2010, they held various roles at Quest Medical, Inc., including Director of QA/RA. From 2010 to 2013, they were Sr. Manager of Field Quality Engineering and Sr. Manager of Supplier Quality Engineering at St. Jude Medical. From 2013 to 2022, they were Sr. Manager/Manager of Supplier Quality Engineering at Abbott, where they were responsible for establishing processes and all aspects of the divisions' supplier quality function. In 2022, they became Director at Ommo Technologies, Inc.

Doug Bryan attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a BS and ME in Mechanical Engineering. Doug also attended Cistercian Prep School in 1986.
