Thomas Rösler has work experience in different roles and companies. Thomas worked at OMICRON electronics as an Application Engineer starting in November 2015. Prior to that, they had a role as a Praktikant (Praxissemester) at OMICRON electronics from September 2014 to March 2015. Thomas also worked at ZF Sachs AG as an Elektroniker für Automatisierungstechnik from March 2008 to July 2010. In this role, they were responsible for maintenance, optimization, and installation of technical systems, as well as troubleshooting and maintenance planning.

Thomas Rösler completed their education in two different institutions. From 2004 to 2008, they attended ZF Sachs AG where they obtained a degree as an Elektroniker für Automatisierungstechnik. Following this, from 2011 to 2015, Thomas attended the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS) where they obtained a Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) degree in the fields of Elektro- und Informationstechnik, Energietechnik.
