Bacher Frank has over 15 years of professional experience in product management and application engineering within the medical and imaging technology sectors. Currently serving as an Application Engineer at Optris since September 2011, Bacher has previously held significant roles such as Product Manager at B+B Thermo Technik GmbH and Surgical Product Manager at NDS Surgical Imaging. Bacher's expertise includes determining customer needs, interfacing between research and development and sales, conducting product training, and managing the international launch of new products. Earlier experience at Karl Storz GmbH & Co. KG involved project management, strategic market positioning, and establishing new product lines within endoscopic video systems. Bacher holds a Diplom degree in various technical fields from Technische Hochschule Ulm, completed in 1998.
