Leo den Besten is an experienced Wabo case manager with a strong background in processing and coordinating various types of permit applications under the Wabo legislation. Since January 2017, Leo has been working at Omgevingsdienst Rivierenland, where responsibilities include managing all occurrences of permit requests and handling both simple and complex procedures. Prior roles include positions in several municipalities, such as Gemeente Stichtse Vecht and Gemeente Katwijk, as well as a senior building plan reviewer at Gemeente Buren. Leo's expertise is complemented by formal education in construction and regulatory oversight, including degrees in Building and Housing Supervision and coaching colleagues.
