Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Revenue Operations & Strategy Consultant at Excelerate360, where they focused on driving revenue growth and providing GTM strategy and sales leadership for clients. Mark served as the Head of International Sales at Prosperoware, responsible for direct and indirect sales in EMEA and APAC. Mark also worked as a Sales Director at NetDocuments and held the role of Global Sales Director at Elite, a Thomson Reuters business. Mark began their career at Microsoft, where they worked as a Senior Business Development Manager. Mark started their professional journey as a Professional Services Manager at Synon.
Mark Craddock has pursued a Bachelor's degree in TQM (Total Quality Management) and Business Communication from the University of Phoenix - SOLCAL campus. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Open University. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Mentoring from the IOEE (Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs) in May 2014.
