Lidia Agata Kongiel currently serves as a Junior Software Engineer at OLX, having started in September 2023. Prior experience includes a role at OTOMOTO from July 2020 to May 2023, where Lidia progressed from Post Sales Support Specialist to Customer Service Team Lead. Earlier positions include Customer Service Specialist at 321 SPRZEDANE! and Bolt, the latter involving user support and training, as well as developing internal knowledge bases. Lidia began a career in customer service as a Shift Lead/Barista at Green Caffè Nero. Academically, Lidia is pursuing a degree in Computer Science at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology and holds two degrees in Business Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS.
