At Manitowoc Foodservice, roles included Director of Service, overseeing aftermarket departments, and earlier positions such as Territory Manager and Field Operations Manager, emphasizing process improvements and customer satisfaction. Prior experiences include senior quality engineering roles at Fisher & Company and Mueller Gas Products, where significant achievements such as a 15% reduction in scrap were realized.
