Jean-Philippe Couvy is a seasoned business engineer at OliKrom since April 2021, focusing on the development and support of innovation projects from conception to product. As a co-founder of Tessares Conseil, Jean-Philippe supports and coaches leaders of startups and SMEs in organizational evolution, strategy formulation, and team engagement in change initiatives. In addition, Jean-Philippe serves as the managing director at Team'Ae Conseil and has previously held consultant roles at THALES Missions & Conseil and project management positions at THOMSON-CSF. Jean-Philippe holds multiple degrees in telecommunications and hyperfrequency from various French universities, including a DESS Hyperfréquence from Université de Limoges and a Maitrise de Sciences et Techniques des Télécommunications from Université de Toulon et du Var.
