Eric Crouthamel has a strong background in operations, quality, engineering, and continuous improvement. Eric currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations Transformation and Quality at MillerKnoll since April 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President of Operations Transformation and Integration at MillerKnoll from August 2021 to March 2023. Eric also served as Vice President of Engineering and Continuous Improvement at Knoll from April 2020 to August 2021, and as Vice President of Manufacturing at Knoll from April 2016 to April 2020. Before joining Knoll, Eric worked at Kollmorgen where they held several roles including Director of Operations from January 2014 to March 2016, Operations Manager from August 2012 to December 2013, Director of Global Quality & Danaher Business System from January 2012 to August 2012, and Business System Leader and Quality Manager, Industrial Automation North America from January 2010 to January 2012. Eric started their career at Danaher Motion, where they served as Manager of Advanced Manufacturing Electronics from April 2008 to January 2010, Project Manager from August 2007 to April 2008, Product Line Transition Leader from April 2007 to August 2007, and Area Manager from August 2006 to April 2007.
Eric Crouthamel attended Penn State University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
