Patricia Porras is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as a Therapist I at Old Pueblo Community Services, working with veterans at the Rapid Emergent Housing program since November 2014. Prior to this role, Patricia was employed as an Intake Specialist and substance abuse navigator at Hope Inc, where psychological and emotional counseling was provided, along with the development of therapeutic treatment plans. Patricia began their career at La Frontera Arizona, advancing from a Recovery Support Specialist to Case Manager and Outpatient Program Coordinator, where an intensive outpatient program called STARS was created. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Chemical Dependency and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Grand Canyon University, along with two Associate degrees in Social Work and Substance Abuse Specialty from Pima Community College.
