Mandi Steward Ballinger is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in internal and external communications across various organizations. Currently serving as the Internal Communications Manager at Harvesters--The Community Food Network since January 2022, Mandi develops innovative communication strategies to motivate employees while collaborating with human resources. Previously, Mandi held the position of Director of Marketing & gsKids at Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, where responsibilities included content development for newsletters and social media, as well as overseeing children's programs. Mandi's extensive experience at Special Olympics Missouri spanned nearly 15 years, culminating as the Senior Director of Communications, where strategic communication goals and online fundraising efforts were directed. With a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia, Mandi combines strong writing skills with strategic communication expertise.
