Jonathan Ibisch is a seasoned professional in food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at Old Dutch Foods since July 2021. In this role, Jonathan acts as the SQF system Practitioner and is responsible for developing and maintaining Food Safety & Quality Manuals for the Roseville Facility. Prior experience includes serving as Quality Assurance Supervisor at Bix Produce, Food Safety and Compliance Director at Pepin Heights Orchards Inc., and Laboratory Technician positions at Medical Laboratories of Eastern Iowa and Kemps LLC, where Jonathan honed skills in various food safety techniques such as HACCP and SQF. Jonathan began their career as a Shift Leader at Kwik Trip, Inc., where leadership and training responsibilities were undertaken. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
