Colbi B. currently serves as the Associate Vice Chancellor for State Grants and Scholarships at the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, responsible for strategic leadership and oversight of statewide scholarship and grant initiatives impacting higher education in Oklahoma. Prior experience includes roles such as Dean of K-12 Partnerships at Oklahoma City Community College, where Colbi engaged with K-12 administrators to enhance concurrent enrollment efforts, and Coordinator for Academic Affairs and K-12 & Postsecondary Student Success Initiatives at Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, focusing on statewide matriculation initiatives. Earlier roles at Oklahoma City University included Director of Student Engagement, Senior Coordinator of First-Year Experience, and Assistant Director of Student Development, all emphasizing student support and engagement. Colbi holds a PhD in Adult and Higher Education from the University of Oklahoma, alongside a Master's in Student Affairs and a Bachelor's in Journalism.
