Cheryl Shuttle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, leadership development, and human resources. Currently serving as Program Director at London Business School since April 2021, Cheryl also co-founded Pinnacle Global in May 2020, where the focus lies in enhancing human capabilities through executive coaching and empowerment initiatives. Previously, Cheryl held the position of Managing Director at Initiativez and Collaborative Learning and Development Middle East, as well as Group Manager for Human Resource and Business Strategy at Ghantoot Group. Cheryl's earlier career includes a managerial role in Learning and Development at Orbit Consulting. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business and Public Administration from Walden University and additional studies at the University of Guelph and Schulich School of Business - York University.
