Hanne Riis Madsen has extensive experience in human resources and health and safety, currently serving as an HSE Partner and previously as an HR Partner and HR Consultant at OK a.m.b.a. since December 1998. Hanne's primary focus is on promoting well-being and supporting a positive work environment, alongside providing strategic development and initiatives. Hanne has expertise in coaching, recruitment, health initiatives, and inter-organizational projects. Certification in various assessment tools such as DiSC Classic and Facet5 enhances Hanne's capabilities in development and recruitment. Prior experience includes a customer service role at Berendsen Textil Service A/S, addressing client communication and administrative tasks. Hanne holds a degree in Human Resource from Ledelsesakademiet and a Merkonom in Personnel from Aarhus Business College.
