Philip Lau is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people partnerships and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of People Partnerships at Smartsheet since April 2021, Philip has held various leadership roles including Director and Senior Manager of People Partnerships. Prior to this, Philip was the Senior Human Resources Manager at Compass Group, overseeing HR operations for the Microsoft account with over 1,700 employees. Philip's earlier experience includes roles at Keurig Green Mountain, Crye Precision, Israel Discount Bank, and various recruiting positions. Philip holds an M.A. in I/O Psychology from Hofstra University and a B.A. in Psychology and History from the University of Minnesota.
