Claire Barker is an experienced attorney currently serving as Deputy City Attorney at the Office of the City Attorney in Jackson, Mississippi since June 2014. With a focus on civil matters, Claire represents various counties and municipalities in liability cases involving law enforcement and Section 1983 litigation, while also preparing and arguing appeals in higher courts.
