David Bules is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a partner in the Litigation Group at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP since April 2014, with a focus on securities litigation and extensive experience in related areas. Prior to this role, David was an associate in the Litigation Group at Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL from September 2008 to April 2014, where representation focused on complex commercial litigation matters. David's earlier experience includes serving as a summer associate and law clerk at Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL, as well as interning for United States Representative Ralph Regula, conducting research on various legislative issues. David holds a Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary (2005-2008) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Auburn University (2001-2004). Notably, during time at Auburn University, David was instrumental in developing a student-led diversity training program for new students.
