Robert Lubitz has extensive experience in program compliance and analysis, currently serving as a Program Compliance Analyst at the Office of Government Ethics since May 2015. Prior to this role, Lubitz was a Program Analyst at the Interior Business Center, where responsibilities included guiding and tracking project progress and promoting the use of Salesforce CRM software. Earlier experience includes working as a Benefits and Earnings Expert at the Social Security Administration, focusing on policy interpretation and providing technical guidance. Lubitz holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
