Brett Floyd currently serves as the Vice President of Investment Sales at Offerd, where the focus is on aiding and advising buyers and sellers of multifamily assets in the Carolinas. In addition, Brett is a co-owner of Bubbles and Brews CLT. Previously, Brett held various roles, including Senior Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield, where participation in the Capital Markets Financial Analyst Pool supported top investment sales teams, and Senior Treasury Analyst at Prisma Health, responsible for extensive financial analysis for the Real Estate Department. Brett's career also includes significant positions in commercial real estate appraisal and investment properties at CBRE, as well as experience in multi-family acquisitions and development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Clemson University.
