In a long-standing role at Odontoprev since 2008, Roberto has functioned as Superintendente de Relações Institucionais, engaging with regulatory agencies and industry associations, while also managing client services and post-sales support across various capacities. Roberto co-founded SEPAO, where management extended to credentialing and customer service operations.
