Chelsea Rivera is an experienced professional in member and patient services, currently serving as a Member Services Specialist at CDPHP since March 2020. Chelsea has also held the position of Patient Services Specialist at St. Peter's Health Partners from February 2018 to March 2020 and worked as a Patient Care Coordinator at St. Margarets from February 2014 to January 2018. In addition, Chelsea has been a Partner & Mentor at Nxt Level Mentorship since October 2016. Chelsea holds an Associate's Degree in Clinical Child Psychology from Herkimer County Community College.
