Since September 2008, Farah has served as a Managing Partner at L Catterton, the world's leading consumer growth investment fund. Additional board positions include membership on the Board of Trustees and Investment Committee at Mount Holyoke College, advisory roles at Petlove and Grupo MYT, and board memberships at OdontoCompany, FEMME - Laboratório da Mulher, Espaçolaser, and St Marche. Farah's previous experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for Aquasana and as a Board Observer for Snap Kitchen.
