Eric Pan is an accomplished IT Manager at OCZ Storage Solutions, a Toshiba Group Company, since July 2007, where responsibilities include leading a four-member helpdesk and support team across six international remote sites, maintaining company networks, servers, and security systems, as well as providing Tier 3 support for various software applications. Prior to this role, Eric served as a Technical Assistant at San Jose State University's Computing Service within the College of Business from September 2004 to June 2008. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from San Jose State University (2004-2008) and an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Foothill College (2001-2003).
