Marut Rodneam has over 15 years of experience in various roles in the electronics and manufacturing industry. Marut began their career at Xponent Photonics in 2007, where they served as the Backend Engineering Representative Manager, specializing in SMP and PLC technology. Marut then worked at Fabrinet as a Process Engineer/NPI Engineer, gaining expertise in processes development and working with customers in the development of new products and processes for the Fiber Optical Market. Marut joined Focuz Manufacturing in 2009 as an R&D Engineer, responsible for managing subordinates and achieving manufacturing key performance indicators. Marut then moved to SVI Public Company Limited in 2011 as a Senior Optical Product Engineer, where they focused on developing and troubleshooting manufacturing processes for various products, as well as leading production management activities.
