Rolando Tilo has been working as a Quality Control Inspector in the field of oil & gas inspection since April 2012. With previous experience at RDTILO Oil & Gas Inspection Ltd and currently at OCL Group Inc., Rolando specializes in tailing and shutdown QCF2 inspection. Rolando holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the East.
