Richard DiLouie has a diverse work experience spanning over 10 years. Richard started their career as a Logistics and Inventory Coordinator at Flexline from 2010 to 2013. Following that, they worked as a Logistics Coordinator at Comfort Revolution in 2014. In 2015, they joined Commvault as an Operations Analyst, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, Richard joined OceanFirst Bank as an AVP / Consumer Product Analyst and held this position until 2021. During their time at OceanFirst Bank, they also served as an AVP / Business Intelligence Analyst from 2021 to 2021. Currently, Richard holds the role of AVP / Business Intelligence Lead at OceanFirst Bank, starting in October 2021.

Richard DiLouie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Monmouth University from 2005 to 2009.
