Lori Baldassaro is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Director of Strategic Projects and Operational Technology at Encore Bank since February 2022. Lori has held key positions at White Clay as Director of Client Management, and as a Business Consultant in 2020. At IBERIABANK from 2011 to 2020, Lori excelled as SVP in various roles, overseeing strategic initiatives and managing systems that enhanced operational efficiency across retail banking. Prior roles include leadership positions at Capital One and Hibernia National Bank, where Lori implemented sales strategies and managed financial performance. Lori holds an MBA in Business Policy and Strategy/Management from Tulane University and a BS in Finance from the University of New Orleans.
