Alex Peyman Khoshgebari is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in enterprise sales across multiple industries. Currently serving as Regional Director of Enterprise Sales at Observe, Inc. since October 2024, Khoshgebari previously held the position of Enterprise Regional Director at MongoDB from September 2021 to September 2024. Prior to this, Khoshgebari was with JFrog as Sales Leader for Majors, where Khoshgebari was responsible for 30% of existing logos and established the Majors organization for strategic customers. Additional experience includes roles at Oracle as Regional Sales Manager in Enterprise Technology, as well as positions in luxury brands such as Cartier and Tiffany & Co. Khoshgebari holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
