Haley Coons, PE, SE is a seasoned structural engineer with significant experience in project management. Currently serving as the Structural Engineer Project Manager at Oates Associates, Inc. since July 2014, Haley leads the Facilities Group and manages multiple projects across commercial, industrial, educational, and governmental sectors. Prior experience as an Architectural Engineer at Structures, Inc. from January 2005 to July 2014 involved designing and analyzing a variety of structures, with a specialization in structural steel connection design and project estimation. Haley holds a degree in Architectural Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, earned between 2000 and 2004.
