Qiang Fu is a Senior Software Developer at FARO Technologies since April 2011, specializing in the design and implementation of functionalities for products such as the FARO Sphere Cloud Platform, FARO Flatness Check App for iPad, and BuildIT 3D Metrology Software, with expertise in C++, Python, C#, Unity, Typescript, and Azure DevOps. Prior to this role, Qiang Fu completed a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at Concordia University, where research focused on manufacturing simulation methods, geometric modeling, tool path optimization, and algorithm development, receiving an "Outstanding" ranking.
