Dewald van Dyk is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in business systems management and IT operations across various industries. Currently serving as Business Systems Manager IT for Europe and Group Lead for IT Operations and Architecture at Nyrstar since October 2019, Dewald is responsible for IT Operations Management and ensuring alignment of architecture with strategic IT and business goals. Previous roles include Applications Manager for Africa at ERG Africa, where strategic direction and operational needs for business applications were addressed, and Advisor for Mining Technical/IT Solutions at Trafigura, focusing on digitisation and value extraction from IT investments.
