Adrienne Helland is an experienced professional in sequencing operations with a robust background in molecular biology and bioinformatics. Currently serving as Senior Manager, SeqOps at the New York Genome Center since October 2015, Adrienne oversees laboratory operations, manages a team of technicians, and ensures the delivery of high-quality sequencing services using advanced platforms such as NovaSeq and HiSeq. Previous roles include Senior Associate Scientist and Associate Scientist III at the same institution, where Adrienne specialized in DNA and RNA sequencing, protocol optimization, and quality control. Earlier experience includes serving as a Research Associate II at TGen, where Adrienne executed next-generation sequencing projects, and positions at APS BioGroup that involved laboratory management and quality assurance.
