Melissa Favetta RN has extensive experience in both nursing and pharmaceutical sales. Currently serving as a Key Account Manager at Medison Pharma since February 2022 and a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Cambridge Memorial Hospital since February 2021, Melissa has a strong background in oncology care. Prior roles include Territory Manager for Hematology at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies from December 2019 to February 2022 and BioAdvance Patient Coordinator at Janssen Inc., where support was provided to patients through the Patient Support Program. Melissa's career began as a Registered Nurse at St. Joseph's Hospital in a renal transplant unit, followed by a significant tenure at Cambridge Memorial Hospital as an Oncology Nurse from 2003 to 2019, working closely with multidisciplinary teams. Educational qualifications include a Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Certification from de Souza Institute and a Cancer Coach Professional Certificate from York University.
