Teddy Rood is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and event management within the hospitality and food festival sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Festival Talent Acquisition and Operations at the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival since August 2012, Teddy manages the talent program for over 100 culinary events annually and has played a crucial role in raising more than $15 million for the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University. Additionally, Teddy works as an Event Producer and Talent Manager for the New York City Wine & Food Festival, contributing to fundraising efforts totaling $7 million.
