Adam Fox is a seasoned football professional with extensive experience in talent identification and coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Emerging Talent Identifier at Leicester City Football Club since April 2016, Adam focuses on recognizing potential first-team players aged 17-21 through comprehensive scouting efforts. Prior roles include positions at Derby County Football Club, where Adam acted as an Academy Scout and Development Centre Coach, and various coaching positions at Southampton FC and Chelsea Football Club. Additionally, Adam has contributed to grassroots football development as a community coach and held leadership roles in initiatives aimed at increasing participation in the sport. Educational qualifications include a BA in Sports Coaching and Development from Southampton Solent University.
