Derina Wilson is an accomplished fitness professional and athlete with extensive experience in various roles within the health and wellness industry. Currently involved with the IFBB Pro League since March 2020, Derina achieved 4th place at the Arnold Classic in 2020. As a Kannaway Athlete since August 2019, Derina represents a leading CBD oil business. With a career as a personal trainer at Fitlife East Islip and gymnastics/focused choreography experience in New York gyms since 2001, Derina specializes in tailored fitness and performance routines. Additionally, Derina leads yoga, Pilates, fitness, and gymnastics classes at East Islip Fitness Center since November 2015, promoting strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Recognized as a sponsored athlete by Nutrition53 and an IFBB Pro, Derina is also a fitness competitor who qualified for Nationals at Team Universe. Derina is active on social media and showcases fitness modeling through various platforms. Educationally, Derina holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from Queens College and an Associate's degree in Theatre from Suffolk County Community College.
